Idaho Code § 33-2409 — Criminal Penalties.

TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 24 POSTSECONDARY AND PROPRIETARY SCHOOLS 33-2409. criminal penalties. (1)  Any person who intentionally violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000), or both. (2)  Any person who intentionally fails to register according to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding twelve (12) months, or by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or both.
