Idaho Code § 33-2114 — Reports Of Junior College Districts.

TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 21 JUNIOR COLLEGES 33-2114. Reports of junior college districts. The board of trustees of each junior college district shall cause to be made, annually, a full and complete audit of the financial transactions of the district. Such audit shall be made by and under the direction of the board of trustees by an independent auditor in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and procedures. The auditor shall be employed on written contract. One (1) copy of the audit report shall be filed with the legislative services office, and one (1) copy with the state board of education, not more than ten (10) days after its acceptance by the board of trustees. The state board of education may at its discretion direct the board of trustees of any junior college district to cause to be made an examination of the books and accounts of their district, as provided for public school districts. The board of trustees shall submit to the state board of education such other reports as the state board may from time to time require.
