Idaho Code § 33-211 — Students’ Driver’S Licenses.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 2 ATTENDANCE AT SCHOOLS 33-211. Students’ driver’s licenses. The board of trustees of a school district and all employees of the school district are authorized to and shall administer the school district’s portion of section 49-303A , Idaho Code, relating to driver’s licenses and school attendance.
