Idaho Code § 33-208 — Kindergartens And Child Attendance Not Compulsory.

TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 2 ATTENDANCE AT SCHOOLS 33-208. Kindergartens and child attendance not compulsory. It shall not be compulsory for individual school districts to establish a kindergarten program; and it shall not be mandatory for a child who is eligible by age for attendance to enroll in an established public kindergarten.
