Idaho Code § 33-1201B — Grandfather Rights For Specific Endorsements.

TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 12 TEACHERS 33-1201B. grandfather rights for specific endorsements. (1) Individuals who held a specific endorsement issued or recognized by the state board of education or state department of education prior to July 1, 2020, which specific endorsement is no longer issued or recognized by the state board of education or state department of education as of July 1, 2020, shall hold the specific endorsement and be recognized as holding the specific endorsement. (2)  Individuals who hold a specific endorsement issued or recognized by the state board of education or state department of education as of July 1, 2020, shall continue to hold the specific endorsement and be recognized as holding the specific endorsement even if, in the future, the state board of education or state department of education ceases to issue or recognize such specific endorsements.
