Idaho Code § 33-113 — Limits Of Instruction.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 1 STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION 33-113. Limits of instruction. The state board, in the interests of efficiency, shall define the limits of all instruction in the educational institutions supported in whole or in part by the state, and, as far as practicable, prevent wasteful duplication of effort in said institutions.
