Idaho Code § 32-927 — Limitation Of Actions.

TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 9 HUSBAND AND WIFE — SEPARATE AND COMMUNITY PROPERTY 32-927. Limitation of actions. Any statute of limitations applicable to an action asserting a claim for relief under a premarital agreement is tolled as to the premarital agreement during the marriage of the parties. However, equitable defenses limiting the time for enforcement, including laches and estoppel, are available to either party.
