Idaho Code § 32-924 — Effect Of Marriage — Amendment — Revocation.
TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 9 HUSBAND AND WIFE — SEPARATE AND COMMUNITY PROPERTY 32-924. Effect of marriage — Amendment — Revocation. A premarital agreement becomes effective upon marriage. After marriage, a premarital agreement may be amended or revoked only by a written agreement signed by the parties. The amended agreement or the revocation is enforceable without consideration.
