Idaho Code § 32-911 — Wife’S Liability For Personal Debts.
TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 9 HUSBAND AND WIFE — SEPARATE AND COMMUNITY PROPERTY 32-911. Wife’s liability for personal debts. The separate property of the wife is not liable for the debts of her husband, but is liable for her own debts contracted before or after marriage.
