Idaho Code § 32-715 — Jurisdiction Of Actions.

TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 7 DIVORCE ACTIONS 32-715. Jurisdiction of actions. Exclusive original jurisdiction of all actions and proceedings under this chapter is in the district court, but a judge thereof at chambers may make all necessary orders to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The powers and jurisdiction granted district judges shall apply to proceedings under this chapter.
