Idaho Code § 32-713 — Community Property And Homestead — Order For Disposition.
TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 7 DIVORCE ACTIONS 32-713. Community property and homestead — Order for disposition. The court, in rendering a decree of divorce, must make such order for the disposition of the community property, and of the homestead as in this chapter provided, and, whenever necessary for that purpose, may order a partition or sale of the property and a division or other disposition of the proceeds.
