Idaho Code § 32-703 — Default And Uncorroborated Statements.

TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 7 DIVORCE ACTIONS 32-703. Default and uncorroborated statements. A divorce may be granted upon the default of the defendant, upon the uncorroborated statement, admission or testimony of the plaintiff.
