Idaho Code § 32-1405 — Administration Of Funding.
TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 14 COORDINATED FAMILY SERVICES 32-1405. Administration of funding. Subject to the appropriation power of the legislature, the supreme court shall be responsible for administering, allocating and apportioning all funding resources for children and family court services, including grants, contributions, and appropriations from the legislature, to each judicial district upon their submission of an appropriate plan for family court services.
