Legislative Findings

TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 14 COORDINATED FAMILY SERVICES 32-1401. Legislative findings. The legislature finds that there is an increasing incidence of children and family members in more than one (1) court proceeding, including juvenile corrections, domestic violence, domestic relations, adoptions, and child protection actions, and there is a need to coordinate these diverse cases and related family services to provide an effective response to the needs of these children and families.
