Idaho Code § 32-1217 — Termination Of Income Withholding By The Court In A Judicial Proceeding.
TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 12 MANDATORY INCOME WITHHOLDING FOR CHILD SUPPORT 32-1217. Termination of income withholding by the court in a judicial proceeding. If the department is unable to deliver payments under the income withholding order for a period of three (3) months due to the failure of the obligee to notify the department of a change of address, the court shall terminate the income withholding order, and shall mail a copy of the termination order to the employer and to the obligor. The court shall return all undeliverable payments to the obligor.
