Idaho Code § 32-1006 — Legitimation Of Issue By Marriage.
TITLE 32 DOMESTIC RELATIONS CHAPTER 10 PARENT AND CHILD 32-1006. Legitimation of issue by marriage. A child born before wedlock becomes legitimate by the subsequent marriage of its parents.
