Idaho Code § 31-840 — Extension Agents — Salaries And Expenses.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 8 POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS 31-840. Extension agents — Salaries and expenses. The salary and expenses of such extension agents shall be fixed by the director of the University of Idaho extension division acting in cooperation with the board of county commissioners. The commissioners of said counties are hereby authorized and empowered to make provision for the payment of such salary and expenses out of the general tax fund of the county, or out of the county fair fund, or out of other available funds not otherwise appropriated.
