Idaho Code § 31-5008 — Treatment Of Existing Ordinances And Resolutions.

TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 50 OPTIONAL FORMS OF COUNTY GOVERNMENT GENERAL PROVISIONS 31-5008. Treatment of existing ordinances and resolutions. All ordinances and resolutions in effect at the time the optional form of government becomes effective shall continue in effect until repealed or amended in the manner provided by law.
