Idaho Code § 31-4916 — Transfer Of Property Authorized.

TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 49 REGIONAL SOLID WASTE OR DOMESTIC SEPTAGE DISPOSAL DISTRICTS 31-4916. Transfer of property authorized. Any county, city, other political subdivision, public or quasi-public entity, and the state and any agency or department thereof, shall have the power to sell, convey or transfer with or without consideration, or to lease, for any term and upon any consideration, any property, real or personal, to a district.
