Idaho Code § 31-4914 — Application Of Laws.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 49 REGIONAL SOLID WASTE OR DOMESTIC SEPTAGE DISPOSAL DISTRICTS 31-4914. Application of laws. In the acquisition, construction, siting or other location of any facilities of a district, the district shall be subject to and shall comply with applicable zoning and building laws, ordinances and regulations of the governmental entity having jurisdiction over such location.
