Idaho Code § 31-4913 — Limitation On Actions.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 49 REGIONAL SOLID WASTE OR DOMESTIC SEPTAGE DISPOSAL DISTRICTS 31-4913. Limitation on actions. No direct or collateral action attacking or questioning the validity of any bonds or other indebtedness of a district shall be brought after the elapse of forty (40) days from and after the adoption of the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds or the incurring of such indebtedness.
