Idaho Code § 31-4325 — Conduct Of Election For Proposed Indebtedness.

TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 43 RECREATION DISTRICTS 31-4325. Conduct of election for proposed indebtedness. The county clerk shall conduct the election in a manner prescribed by law for the holding of general elections and shall take their returns to the secretary of the district at any regular or special meeting of the board held within five (5) days following the date of such election. The returns thereof shall be canvassed and the results thereof shall be declared.
