Idaho Code § 31-4221 — Filing Of Minutes And Reports.

TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 42 COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITIES AND COOPERATION LAW 31-4221. Filing of minutes and reports. (1) An authority shall file a copy of the minutes of all meetings with the clerk within ten (10) days after their approval by the authority. (2)  At least once a year, an authority shall file a report with the clerk of its activities for the preceding year, and shall make recommendations with reference to such additional legislation or other action as it deems necessary in order to carry out the purposes of this act. (3)  An authority shall file with the clerk a copy of the authority’s financial reports, any claims and causes of action against the authority, and the authority’s employee policy handbooks and any changes, modifications, or deletions to the handbooks.
