Idaho Code § 31-4115 — Expenses — Limitation.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 41 TELEVISION TRANSLATOR STATIONS 31-4115. Expenses — Limitation. Each translator district shall be liable for and shall pay to each county in which they are situated, the actual expense to the county in performing the duties required by its officers under the provisions of this act; in no event shall this amount exceed ten per cent (10%) of the amount of assessments collected in the county.
