Idaho Code § 31-3920 — Inclusion, Annexation, Or Withdrawal Of Area In Cities Within An Ambulance Service District.

TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 39 AMBULANCE SERVICE 31-3920. Inclusion, annexation, or withdrawal of area in cities within an ambulance service district. Except as otherwise provided in section 50-224 , Idaho Code, any area embraced within the limits of any city may, with the consent of the governing boards of such city and the respective ambulance service district, expressed by ordinance or resolution, be included within the limits of an ambulance service district, when formed, or be subsequently annexed thereto. Any area in any city embraced within the limits of an ambulance service district shall, upon the consent of the governing boards of such city and ambulance service district, expressed by ordinance or resolution, be withdrawn from such ambulance service district.
