Idaho Code § 31-3620 — Accounts And Reports Of Person In Charge.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 36 COUNTY HOSPITAL BOARDS 31-3620. Accounts and reports of person in charge. The person in charge of the county hospital shall keep a correct account of all receipts and expenditures in connection therewith and make full and complete reports thereof quarterly to the board of county commissioners. Upon notification by the state controller, all records shall be kept according to the provisions of the uniform accounting manual for local governmental entities authorized under section 67-1075 , Idaho Code.
