Idaho Code § 31-3612 — Fiscal Year — Receipt Of Moneys.

TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 36 COUNTY HOSPITAL BOARDS 31-3612. Fiscal year — Receipt of moneys. The fiscal year of the county hospital board shall be from the date fixed by the county hospital board to the same day and month of the next succeeding year. All moneys received by the county hospital board from whatever source shall be paid into the treasury of the county hospital board. Any moneys remaining on hand in such treasury at the end of each fiscal year shall not be paid into the general fund of the county, but shall be retained by the treasurer of the county hospital board and included and used as cash on hand in the budget for hospital operation in the next fiscal year.
