Idaho Code § 31-3301 — Accounts Must Be Presented To Commissioners.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 33 OTHER COUNTY CHARGES 31-3301. Accounts must be presented to commissioners. Accounts for county charges of every description must be presented to the board of county commissioners to be audited as provided by law.
