Idaho Code § 31-3217 — Limitation On Mileage Of Officer.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 32 FEES 31-3217. Limitation on mileage of officer. When any sheriff, constable or coroner serves more than one (1) process in the same case, not requiring more than one (1) journey from his office, he shall receive mileage only for the most distant service.
