TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 32 FEES 31-3214. Table of fees — Officers to publish — Penalty for neglect. Every officer whose fees are herein ascertained must publish and set up in his office fair tables of his fees, according to this title, within one (1) month after he enters upon the duties of his office, in some conspicuous place, for inspection of all persons who have business in his office, upon pain of forfeiting for each day a sum not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00), which may be recovered by any person by action before any justice of the peace of the same county, with costs.
