Idaho Code § 31-2418 — Fees To Be Prepaid.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 24 RECORDER 31-2418. Fees to be prepaid. The county recorder is not bound to record any instrument or file any paper or notice, or furnish any copies, or to render any service connected with his office, until the fees for the same, as prescribed by law, are, if demanded, paid or tendered.
