Idaho Code § 31-2409 — Several Indexes In Same Volume.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 24 RECORDER 31-2409. Several indexes in same volume. The recorder may keep in the same volume any two (2) or more of the indexes required to be kept, but the several indexes must be kept distinct from each other, and the volume must be distinctly marked on the outside in such way as to show all the indexes kept therein. The names of the parties in the first column in the several indexes must be arranged in alphabetical order.
