Idaho Code § 31-2408 — Decree Of Partition — Record Imparts Notice.

TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 24 RECORDER 31-2408. Decree of partition — Record imparts notice. Every such certified copy of a decree of partition, from the time of delivery of the same with the recorder for record, imparts notice to all persons of the contents thereof; and subsequent purchasers, mortgagees and lienholders, purchase and take with like notice and effect as if such copy of decree was a duly recorded deed, grant or transfer.
