Idaho Code § 31-2407 — Judgments Affecting Land.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 24 RECORDER 31-2407. Judgments affecting land. When requested and paid the fee therefor, the recorder must record with the record of deeds, grants and transfers, certified copies of final judgments, decrees or transcripts of judgments or decrees partitioning or affecting the title or possession of real property, including water rights, any part of which is situate in the county of which he is recorder.
