Idaho Code § 31-204 — Petition Open To Inspection.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 2 REMOVAL OF COUNTY SEATS AND CHANGE OF COUNTY BOUNDARIES 31-204. Petition open to inspection. Said petition or petitions shall, after they are filed in the office of the clerk of the district court of the county be open to the inspection of any and all citizens of the county, but shall not be removed therefrom.
