Idaho Code § 31-2016 — Bond Of Officers — Amount Not Fixed.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 20 COUNTY OFFICERS IN GENERAL 31-2016. Bond of officers — Amount not fixed. When the amount of the bond to be given by any county, district or precinct officer is not fixed by law the amount must be fixed by the board of commissioners.
