Idaho Code § 31-2010 — Bond Liable For Penalties.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 20 COUNTY OFFICERS IN GENERAL 31-2010. Bond liable for penalties. Whenever, except in criminal prosecutions, any special penalty, forfeiture or liability is imposed on any officer for nonperformance or malperformance of official duty, the liability therefor attaches to the official bond of such officer and to the principal and sureties thereon.
