Idaho Code § 31-2008 — Use Of Official Name Includes Deputies.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 20 COUNTY OFFICERS IN GENERAL 31-2008. Use of official name includes deputies. Whenever the official name of any principal officer is used in any law conferring power, or imposing duties or liabilities, it includes his deputies.
