TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 20 COUNTY OFFICERS IN GENERAL 31-2007. Appointment to be documented and filed. The appointment of deputies and subordinate officers must be documented and filed in the office of the county recorder.
