Idaho Code § 31-2004 — Deputies — Appointment During Absence Of Officers.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 20 COUNTY OFFICERS IN GENERAL 31-2004. Deputies — Appointment during absence of officers. Any county officer who may be granted leave of absence from the county wherein he resides and holds office, is required to appoint a deputy to act for him and in his place while absent.
