Idaho Code § 31-1601 — Commencement Of County Fiscal Year.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 16 COUNTY BUDGET LAW 31-1601. Commencement of county fiscal year. The fiscal year of each county of this state shall commence on the first day of October of each year.
