Idaho Code § 31-1436 — Nonliability Of Agency For Delay In Report Of Fire — Exception.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 14 FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT 31-1436. Nonliability of agency for delay in report of fire — Exception. No person, corporation, partnership or association which is authorized by any city fire department, fire protection district or by any volunteer fire company to receive any report of fire or which agrees to receive and transmit the report to the fire department, fire protection district or volunteer fire company, shall be liable in any civil action for damage to property or persons, including death, caused by delay in reporting or failure to report the fire, unless the delay or failure is the result of the gross negligence of the person, corporation, partnership or association.
