Idaho Code § 31-1007 — Joint Sites And Buildings — Indebtedness.
TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW CHAPTER 10 ERECTION OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS 31-1007. Joint sites and buildings — Indebtedness. Counties and cities operating under sections 31-1005 and 31-1006 , Idaho Code, are hereby authorized and empowered to incur indebtedness and issue bonds for any of the purposes authorized hereby in the same manner in which they are now or hereafter may be authorized by law to incur indebtedness and issue bonds for similar purposes.
