Idaho Code § 30-933 — Status Of Preexisting Escrows.
TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 9 IDAHO ESCROW ACT 30-933. Status of preexisting escrows. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be so construed as to impair or affect the obligation of any escrow agreement that was lawfully entered into prior to the effective date of this act.
