Idaho Code § 30-932 — Continuing Jurisdiction.

TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 9 IDAHO ESCROW ACT 30-932. Continuing jurisdiction. If a license under this chapter is surrendered, suspended or revoked, the former licensee shall continue to be subject to the provisions of this chapter and to the duties previously undertaken for so long as it acts as a fiduciary with respect to any escrow previously undertaken.
