Idaho Code § 30-912 — Transferability.

TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 9 IDAHO ESCROW ACT 30-912. Transferability. A license issued under this chapter is not transferable or assignable, and control of a license shall not be acquired through stock purchase or other device without the prior written consent of the director.
