Idaho Code § 30-1612 — Severability.
TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 16 CONTROL SHARE ACQUISITION ACT 30-1612. Severability. The provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable and if any provision of this act or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of remaining portions of this act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. The invalidity of any provision of this act shall not affect the remaining provisions of this act.
