Idaho Code § 30-1508 — Purpose.

TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 15 IDAHO COMMODITY CODE 30-1508. Purpose. The provisions of this chapter may be construed and implemented to effectuate the general purpose to protect investors, to prevent and prosecute illegal and fraudulent schemes involving commodity contracts and to maximize coordination with federal law and laws of other states and the administration and enforcement thereof. The provisions of this chapter are not intended to create any rights or remedies upon which actions may be brought by private persons against persons who violate the provisions of this chapter.
