TITLE 3 ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW CHAPTER 4 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE IDAHO STATE BAR 3-417. Annual meeting of the bar — Election — Special meetings — Notice of meetings. There shall be an annual meeting of the Idaho State Bar presided over by the president of the board, and open to all members of the Idaho State Bar in good standing, and held at such time and place as the board of commissioners may designate, for the discussion of the affairs of the bar and the administration of justice. At noon on the first day of such meeting, the annual election shall close and the ballots be canvassed and the result announced. The commissioners thereby appointed shall take office immediately. Special meetings of the Idaho State Bar may be held at such times and places as the board of commissioners may designate. Notice of all meetings shall be given by mail to all members of the Idaho State Bar not less than fifteen days prior to the date of said meeting.
