Idaho Code § 3-405 — Member Of The Idaho State Bar Defined.

TITLE 3 ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW CHAPTER 4 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE IDAHO STATE BAR 3-405. Member of the Idaho State Bar defined. All persons who have been heretofore, or shall hereafter be, duly admitted to practice law before the supreme court of this state, and who have not been disbarred or suspended therefrom, and who shall have paid the license fee in this chapter provided for, and all attorney magistrates, judges of the district court and court of appeals, and supreme court justices of this state, and of the district court of the United States for Idaho, are hereby declared to be members of the Idaho state bar.
